STYLE LOOK - Victoria Smartlace Wig In Palm Springs Blonde ...

Posted on

The Victoria synthetic Smartlace wig by Jon Renau has always been a fave with our customers and this style becomes increasingly popular during the Summer months because it's so easy to wear and care for <3

If you're off on your holidays then the Victoria wig is a style you may want to check out for a number of reasons ...

  • Victoria is made using high quality synthetic fibre which is easy to wash and care for. Synthetic hair doesn't react to humidity either so you don't need to worry about your hair expanding or curling when you're sat on the beach or out and about. Yay!
  • Victoria comes on an all hand tied base. This type of base is much softer and more light weight than machine made bases and it really does hug the head for added comfort.
  • Victoria what we like to call an "above the should" style. The great thing about shorter styles like this is that they do not get effected by friction so much. Another yay!
  • Victoria is now available in all four of the new California Blonde colours.

So now we've got all that out-of-the-way let's move on to taking a closer look at the gorgeous Victoria wig in the brand new Palm Springs Blonde colour ....

The Victoria wig is from Jon Renau's much-loved SmartLace collection. Smartlace basically means that the front of the wig has a welded lace front to give you one of the most natural front hair lines currently possible when it comes to a wig.

Each "hair" is hand tied (knotted) into the base allowing it to move in any direction. The finished look is very natural with no visible step up from your forehead to your wig.

Victoria also has a full Monofilament top (mono top) which is also all hand tied. This allows you to part the hair where ever you'd like and it also gives you a wonderfully natural look at the parting area too :) The thing with Mono is that it's a semi transparent material so it will (to a certain extent) take on some of the colouring and look of what is underneath it.

Different wigs really do come in sorts of different cap constructions and the Victoria wig is one of our most favourite cap designs of all. The hand tied back means that, again, each hair has been hand-knotted into the base allowing it total freedom of movement. This type of cap hug the head to give the wearer a much more comfortable wearing experience and great security.

Team the Victoria wig with one of our amazing Grip bands (Check out a blog post I wrote on the Hair Grip band here) and you'll never have to worry about your hair moving around again!
